Licentiate in Law from the Universidad de Costa Rica. He is member of the Firm since 1999.  Since the year 2003, graduate (A.B.T.) of the Master program in Labor and Social Security Law at the Universidad Estatal a Distancia and has been professor of the School of Law of the Universidad de Costa Rica. In 2006, he was appointed Counseling Manager of our firm and in the year 2009 he was appointed as Partner of the Firm.

Additionally, he has extensive knowledge on the issue of non divulged information protection, confidentiality contracts and post-contract non competency. He complements his specialty in Labor Law with extensive knowledge on issues about Computer Science and Intellectual Property, as a means to implement the protection of sensitive business information. Collaborator of the section empresarial.com (Business Section.com) of the Newspaper La Nación and Author of the “La Cláusula de no Competencia Postcontractual en el Derecho Laboral Costarricense” (The non compete clause in Costa Rican Labor Law).
