Licentiate in Law from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, member of the Litigation Practice of the firm, ample experience in Labor Legal Processes. He worked at the Labor Court from May of 2000 until April of 2006. Professor of Individual and Collective Labor Law of the Universidad de San José. Author of “La aplicación supletoria del Código Procesal Civil dentro del procedimiento laboral, por remisión del artículo 452 del Código de Trabajo; un análisis crítico desde la perspectiva jurisdiccional”. He is a collaborator of the Sección Elempleo.com of the Newspaper La Nación.
