Licentiate in Law from the School of Law of the Universidad de Costa Rica, member of the Permanent Counseling Practice. Co-author of the Licentiature Thesis denominated “Poder de Dirección y Control con énfasis en Monitoreo y Vigilancia” (Power of management and control with emphasis in monitoring and surveillance), which was approved with distinction by the Examining Tribunal. Awarded graduation with honors. He works for the firm since the year 2005. Participant in the XXIV Edition of the Specialization Courses in Labor Law of the Universidad de Salamanca, Spain. He is currently following the Master´s Program in Labor and Social Security Law at the Universidad Estatal a Distancia. As well, he aspires to the diploma of Specialist in Labor Law of the Universidad de Salamanca. He is a collaborator of the section Elempleo.com of the Newspaper La Nación and the Actualidad Económica Magazine.
