Licentiate in Law of the Universidad de Costa Rica. He is currently a collaborator of the permanent counseling practice of our firm. Author of “La Aplicabilidad de la Teoría del Levantamiento del Velo Societario dentro de los Procesos de Pensiones Alimentarias”. He has worked for the Technical Gender Secretariat, ascribed to the Second Court of the Supreme Court of Justice, and as analyst for the Administrative Contracting process and for the Verification and Contract Execution Unit of the Judicial Power. In the academic field he is a professor of the Roman Law Chair of the Universidad de Costa Rica. He is a collaborator of the section Elempleo.com of the Newspaper La Nación.
