Co-founder of BDS Asesores. Licentiate in Law from the Universidad de Costa Rica since the year 1995. Master degree in Business Law from the Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional.

He is currentely Manager of Counseling. Ample experience in preventive and corrective labor counseling for different national and multinational companies.

As well, he has experience in the field of Labor Law addressed to the Public Administration. He has performed as Legal Counsel for the Colegio de Licenciados y Profesores en Letras, Filosofía, Ciencias y Artes, as well as the Junta de Pensiones y Jubilaciones del Magisterio Nacional. In the academic field he has been professor of Labor Law at the Universidad de Costa Rica and has written multiple articles on labor law for different written press media.
