Licentiate in Law, with an honors graduation from the Universidad de Costa Rica. Master degree in Constitutional Law from the Universidad Estatal a Distancia. She has performed as legal counsel, for audit assistance, in the Internal Audit Office of the Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social, as well as Legal Counsel for the Instituto del Café de Costa Rica, in the position of Head of the Legal Affairs Unit. She is a collaborator of the section Elempleo.com of the Newspaper La Nación. She currently manages the Public Labor Law Department of the firm.
