Licentiate in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Centroamérica. Master degree in Labor Law with emphasis on Social Security from the Universidad de Alcalá in Madrid, Spain (1998). Master degree in Prevention and Protection of Labor Risks from the Universidad de Alcalá in Madrid, España (2003). Officer of the Labor and Social Security Ministry from the year 1994 to the year 2000. Labor Judge from the year 2000 to the year 2007 of the Second Judicial Circuit of San José, where for the last two years he performed as Coordinator of the labor judges of this circuit. Professor of the Master´s program of the Universidad Interamericana and the Universidad Estatal a Distancia. Government officer for 31 years. He currently is a member of the Litigating Practice of the Firm.
